Ronald Kasule

Ronald Kasule is a seasoned human resource professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resource at Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) since November 2019, Ronald has also held the position of HR & Corporate Affairs Director at the East African Crude Oil Pipeline from March 2022 to August 2024. Prior experience includes notable roles at the Uganda Revenue Authority, where Ronald worked as the Manager of Human Resource Management, Manager of Human Resource Development, and Supervisor of Human Resources, focusing on talent sourcing, employee relations, disciplinary management, and leadership development. Ronald holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Makerere University Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Makerere University, along with a certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in Human Resources Management.
