Samantha Kamanzi - Mba

Samantha Kamanzi Mugenga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and extractives sector. Currently, Samantha serves as Co-Founder and a member of the Governing Council for the Women in Energy and Extractives Network since May 2023. Additionally, since May 2019, Samantha has held the position of Lead for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Uganda National Oil Company Limited (UNOC) and previously served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to this role, Samantha worked at CNOOC from March 2012 to March 2019 in Joint Ventures. Academic credentials include an MBA in Oil and Gas Management from Coventry University London (2010-2011) and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Makerere University (2006-2010).
