Sarah Banage

Sarah Banage is a seasoned professional in corporate affairs and public relations with a substantial background in stakeholder management and strategic communication. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Affairs at Uganda National Oil Company Limited since July 2019, Sarah previously held several key positions at Uganda Revenue Authority, including Assistant Commissioner for Executive Office and Public and Corporate Affairs. Sarah has also contributed to the Electricity Regulatory Authority as a Senior Public Relations Officer and represented AES Nile Power as a Public Relations Representative. An advocate for child rights, Sarah initiated impactful advocacy programs during tenure at the National Council for Children. Academically, Sarah holds a Post Graduate Degree in Public Administration & Management from Uganda Management Institute and both a Master's degree in Sociology and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Makerere University.
