Francis Tusubira is a skilled land surveyor with extensive experience in various surveying roles. Currently serving at Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) since July 2017, Francis previously worked as a network surveyor at Powerafrica from June 2015 to June 2017, where responsibilities included designing and surveying new powerline routes and preparing related drawings and material audits. Prior experience includes a position as a surveyor at ROKO CONSTRUCTION LTD., where Francis conducted topographic surveys and managed construction setting out, and a supervisory role at ITDP involving a Kampala Transit Survey. Earlier experience includes conducting cadastral surveys at Geomatic Engineering Solutions. Francis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute.
