Alex Ambiikire

Alex Ambiikire is a seasoned Logistician with experience in the Uganda Peoples Defence Forces since August 2020, performing critical logistics duties to support military operations. Prior experience includes roles as a Procurement Trainee and Procurement Intern at Mukono Municipal Council and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, respectively. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Procurement and Logistics Management, complemented by military training and a Logistics Course. Leadership experience is demonstrated through positions such as Assistant General Secretary for the Greater Ankole Students’ Fellowship and Speaker of the Kiruhura Students Association, showcasing skills in organization and communication. Alex's educational journey began with secondary studies at Namirembe Hillside High School and progressed to primary education at Kazo Parents School.
