Bob Ogiki

Bob Ogiki, MA is currently serving as the Chief of Staff - Land Forces at Uganda Peoples Defence Forces (UPDF) since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Of Staff for the AU Mission in Somalia from January 2021 to July 2021. Their extensive experience also includes roles such as Deputy Commandant at Senior Command and Staff College Kimaka, Uganda, Chief of Staff at MOD Uganda, and Director Combat Operations at Uganda MOD. With a background in strategic management and leadership, they have pursued education at institutions such as Chartered Management Institute and King's College London. Their dedication to military education is evident through their attendance at various command and staff colleges in Uganda, Nigeria, and the UK.
