John Martin Olowo

John Martin Olowo is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in project management, research, and data collection. Currently serving as a Project Officer at the Uganda Registration Services Bureau since August 2016, John is responsible for business registration activities. Previous roles include a Research Assistant at the Infectious Diseases Research Collaboration, where John facilitated participant data collection and administration of health questionnaires, and a Presiding Officer for the Electoral Commission, overseeing polling activities and vote counting for over 800 voters. Additionally, John's experience encompasses work as an Enumerator for the Uganda Bureau of Statistics during the 2014 National Census and as a Planning Assistant at the Ministry of Water and Environment. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Makerere University and possesses a strong foundation in economics and data analysis through prior educational qualifications.
