Mark Tugume

Mark Tugume is an experienced legal professional with a comprehensive background in registration and legal support services. Currently serving as a Senior Registration Officer at Uganda Registration Services Bureau since September 2019, Mark has also held roles including Officer for Collective Management Organizations and Project Support Officer - Legal. Prior experience includes a position as a Research Assistant at the Justice Law and Order Sector and a Legal Internship at Signum Advocates. Mark's academic qualifications encompass a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property Law from Cardiff University, and a Bachelor of Laws from Uganda Christian University, complemented by prior education at King’s College Budo.
