Obbo Rogers

Obbo Rogers is an experienced Systems Administrator at the Uganda Registration Services Bureau since May 2015, where contributions include the development and implementation of the Security Interest in Movable Property Registry System (SIMPO). Prior to this role, Obbo served as an Assistant Registration Officer focusing on Registry Operations and Business Development, and held the position of Project Support Officer in ICT, specializing in data entry and management. Earlier experience includes a traineeship as an Animator at Crossroads Digital Multimedia Ltd, where involvement in an award-winning ICT animation project highlighted skills in content development and technical support for Uganda's first 3D computer animation series, Mukago. Additionally, an internship as an IT Officer at the Parliament of Uganda provided foundational IT user support and network administration skills. Obbo holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
