John Musinguzi Rujoki

John Musinguzi Rujoki serves as the Commissioner General at Uganda Revenue Authority since March 2020 and as the Chair of the Board of Directors at the National Information Technology Authority since October 2019. Previously, John held the position of Senior Presidential Advisor to H.E. the President of Uganda from July 2015 to March 2020, focusing on ICT and investment matters. John also worked as a Project Manager for ISOL from January 2013 to May 2015, overseeing the conversion of manual criminal records. Earlier in their career, John was the Director of Business Development at Elite Technologies (U) Ltd from April 2005 to December 2007, where responsibilities included sales growth and client management. John holds a Master's degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Greenwich and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Makerere University.
