MUYUNGA COLLINE is an experienced professional specializing in tax administration and land economics, currently serving as an Officer in Domestic Taxes at the Uganda Revenue Authority since June 2022. Prior roles include Ag. Supervisor in Domestic Taxes, where supervision focused on enhancing taxpayer compliance. MUYUNGA previously worked as a Wayleaves Officer at both the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development and the Rural Electrification Agency, managing stakeholder engagement and mediating various assessments. Experience also includes leading a valuation team at GOPA-International Energy Consultants and serving as a Valuation Surveyor at Resco Property Consultant Surveyors. MUYUNGA holds a Bachelor of Science in Land Economics from Makerere University, alongside advanced qualifications from Mengo Senior School and Kisubi Mapeera Senior Secondary School.
