Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at UGE since July 2023, Brandon previously held multiple leadership roles at Lightning eMotors, including Vice President of Energy & Insights and Vice President of Lightning Energy, where responsibilities encompassed developing charging infrastructure and overseeing production operations for commercial electric vehicles. Brandon co-founded McAdams Properties, providing services for high-end vacation rentals, and spent over 14 years at Ice Energy, advancing from Program Manager to Executive Vice President of Operations and Manufacturing. Brandon's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
