Isaac Williams is a Project Developer I at UGE since May 2022, responsible for developing the company's backlog portfolio and assisting in various aspects of solar project development, including interconnection planning, permitting, project scheduling, environmental diligence, and policy research. Previously, Isaac provided contracted project support, contributing to the transition to a new ERP/CRM and preparing site feasibility reports and offtake agreements. As a Development Intern, Isaac gained experience in community solar by assisting with market research, project charters, and energy modeling. Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Bates College, where involvement included roles such as a language tutor, writing tutor, purposeful work grant recipient, and various work study positions. Prior internships and roles with organizations such as Tri-County Mental Health Services, Maine Campus Compact, and previous part-time positions at Target and Raley's further diversified Isaac's professional experience.
