Saku Gopinath

Saku Gopinath is a marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Associate at UGE since July 2022. Previously, Saku held a Brand Marketing Intern position at Ruby Hibiscus from June to September 2021, where significant achievements included creating the Ruby University Ambassador program, growing the company's Instagram presence, and conducting market research for regional expansion. Saku also gained experience as a Research Intern at The Brookings Institution in late 2020, supporting the Center for Effective Public Management with research related to the 2020 election and COVID-19. In the summer of 2020, Saku contributed as a Political Intern at Annie's List, aiding in the election of progressive female politicians in Texas through issue research and voter database management. Earlier in 2019, Saku interned at SXSW, providing research support for the Innovation team's projects. Saku holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin, along with a minor in Creative Writing.
