Rushikesh Gaikwad

Rushikesh Gaikwad is a Technical Field Engineer at Envision Energy since January 2024, focusing on knowledge transfer and the implementation of work processes, particularly in training for Wind Turbine Generators (WTG) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Previously, Rushikesh served as a Commissioning Engineer at Senvion India from July 2023 to May 2024, specializing in DFIG Machines, and as an Assistant at Siemens from July 2022 to September 2023, working with various low-voltage switchgear components. Earlier experience includes the role of Electrical Engineer at Suzlon Group from July 2020 to July 2022 and Field Services Engineer at treo-engineering pvt ltd from June 2019 to July 2020, focusing on the installation and maintenance of automatic car washer machines. Rushikesh completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Shivaji University between 2014 and 2019.
