Glen Schmidt

Glen Schmidt is an accomplished finance leader with extensive experience in finance transformation, operations, and strategy across multiple international organizations. Currently serving as Director Finance Transformation at UGI International since June 2022, Glen oversees finance change initiatives, including the implementation of new ERP finance systems across 17 countries and managing a budget of approximately €25 million. Previous roles include Vice President positions at DHL Freight and Deutsche Post DHL, where Glen led finance transformations in numerous countries, significantly improving service levels and project performance. Glen's career began in auditing with KPMG, and education includes becoming a Chartered Accountant through the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales and obtaining a BSc in Chemistry from Imperial College London.
