Aaron Fries

Aaron Fries is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in performance management, talent management, and employee relations. At UGI Corporation, Aaron held the position of Senior Manager for Performance Management and led talent management and HR transformation projects from March 2020 to November 2024. Prior to that, Aaron served as the Director of Human Resources at UGI Energy Services, overseeing crucial HR functions for one of the largest energy suppliers in the Northeast from October 2009 to March 2020. Aaron's career also includes roles at AmeriGas as an Employee Relations Representative and Recruiter, and as an HR Generalist at AlliedBarton Security Services. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and studied at Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
