Marguerite Catzaras

Marguerite Catzaras is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent management and organizational development. At UGI Corporation from June 2019 to November 2024, Marguerite held several leadership roles, including Sr. Director of Global Talent, Performance Management & OD, overseeing talent management, learning, and engagement for 2,600 employees across five business units in 17 countries. Marguerite also served as an HR consultant for the World Bank Family Network in 2018 and has substantial experience in sales and account management from previous roles at Survey Sampling International and Acxiom. Marguerite holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Icademie International and a degree in International Business/Marketing from Groupe ESC Rouen.
