Courtney Jones

Courtney Jones is a dedicated professional currently serving as a People and Culture Coordinator at UGL since June 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney worked as a School Education Coordinator at FOGS Queensland from January to June 2023, focusing on enhancing educational outcomes for First Nation students through community engagement and incentive programs. From July 2019 to June 2023, Courtney held the position of Aboriginal Education Officer with the NSW Department of Education, where support was provided to improve learning and welfare outcomes for Aboriginal students and their families. Earlier experience includes a Ward Clerk role at NSW Health, gained through an Aboriginal Traineeship in Health Administration. Education was completed at Elderslie High School.
