Damien Offord

Damien Offord is an experienced cranes scaffolding rigging supervisor with a career spanning over 15 years in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently employed at UGL since February 2018, Damien oversees teams of riggers, scaffolders, cranes, and fitters, managing subcontractors during Fixed Plant Turnarounds and ensuring project deadlines are met with high-quality standards. Previous roles include various supervisory positions at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, where responsibilities included structural steel erection, planning, and crane operations for major LNG projects. Damien's expertise also encompasses rigging and crane operation for marine and construction applications, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety and team leadership throughout a diverse array of projects. Education includes completion of Year 12 at Gladstone State High School.
