Kate Leone

Kate Leone is an accomplished communications engineer with extensive experience in project management and technical design, currently leading the emergency telephone and GNSS package design for the M6S1 road tunnel project at UGL. Recognized as CIMIC Graduate of the Year for 2021-2022, Kate has contributed to voice communications design and supplier management in various engineering roles. Additionally, Kate serves in an advisory capacity focused on strategic partnerships at Crest Robotics and engages in academia as a casual academic at the University of Technology Sydney. Previous experience includes facilitating engineering programs for university students and research in 3D printing technologies. Kate holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the University of Technology Sydney and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from the Technical University of Munich.
