Kelvin Li

Kelvin Li is a highly experienced Senior Design Engineer currently employed at UGL since June 2023, specializing in control systems and communication engineering with a focus on network architecture. Prior to UGL, Kelvin worked at Vocus Group Limited from September 2019 to June 2023 as a Fibre Assurance Engineer, providing system support and operation for the Remote Fibre Monitoring System and serving as a Level 3 Subject Matter Expert on optical infrastructure projects. Previous roles include Senior Design Engineer at Lendlease, where Kelvin managed FTTx/HFC network design and training, and positions at Optus and Ladcom Design PTY LTD as a Network Designer, focusing on fibre network planning and design. Kelvin holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Master's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from La Trobe University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Xidian University.
