Parisa Esmaeili

Parisa Esmaeili is a seasoned professional in cost control and project management, currently serving as a Senior Cost Control Specialist at UGL since October 2024, overseeing financial management for Western Power's significant maintenance portfolio. Previously, Parisa worked as a Project Analyst at GHD from October 2019 to September 2024, managing diverse projects across various sectors with budgets exceeding $10M. A research background includes a role as a researcher at Murdoch University, focusing on energy efficiency in managed properties, along with experience in consulting and lecturing on energy costs and design. Additional roles include a Research Assistant at MIRRECO®, where research and technical documentation were developed, and as a Project Architect at Shokr Pty. Ltd., contributing to innovative design solutions. Parisa holds a Ph.D. in Sustainability and Building Energy Efficiency from Murdoch University and a Master’s degree in Construction and Management from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
