Tony Paul is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic project and risk management within the telecommunications, broadcast, and infrastructure sectors across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Principal at PicoNet Consulting since 2000, Tony has provided technical due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, equipment finance, and managed large-scale communications infrastructure projects. In addition, Tony has consulted for UGL Limited on Sydney Metro projects and managed RF Safety processes for the Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association. With a strong educational background including certifications in project management and lead auditing, Tony has also held consultancy roles with various leading organizations, delivering expertise in bid management, asset risk assessments, and operational development.
