Meggie van de Bunt

Meggie van de Bunt is an accomplished HR and organizational development professional with extensive experience in diverse roles. Currently serving as Manager HRM at Middin and Interim Director/Change Manager at Human Connection, Meggie specializes in guiding organizations through change processes. Additional roles include being a trusted advisor for both Accell Group and Yong BV, as well as an organizational coach for senior staff at Ugoo B.V. Notably, Meggie co-founded Parels van Leiderschap, fostering meaningful conversations around leadership. Leadership roles have also included serving as Board Chair for De bemiddelingskamer and managing organizational development initiatives at Enver and the Municipality of Wassenaar. Meggie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development & Organizational Psychology from the University of Twente, alongside various certifications in psychology and management.
