Hourad has over 8 years of experience in the FinTech, RegTech, and Crypto industries with a focus on Business Development and Sales Strategy. Prior to UGR, they were the Business Development Director at DIRO where they helped solve the Internet's biggest problem - fake documents and stolen IDs online. Hourad has also served as an Advisory Network Member for FinTech, RegTech, Blockchain, Digital Assets, and Compliance at GLG. In their most recent role before UGR, they were the Governance, Risk & Compliance - Sales Specialist Director at Refinitiv, an LSEG business.
