Peter Gustavsson

Peter Gustavsson is currently an advisor at UGR. Peter has previously worked as a project manager, business developer, and country manager.

Gustavsson has over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. Peter began their career with Tetra Pak in 1990 as a country manager in Morocco. In 2001, they were promoted to director of the company's international trainee program. In this role, they were responsible for the design and management of the program, including assigning and coaching mentors and individual and career coaching for all participants.

In 2005, Gustavsson left Tetra Pak to become a partner at AD Trading SP. Z o.o., where they helped launch a coffee shop chain in Poland. Three years later, they joined Nestlé Professional as a project manager. In this role, they developed an end-to-end Nestlé branded coffee system for the out-of-home market.

In 2010, Gustavsson left Nestlé Professional to join Firmenich as an interim project manager. In this role, they implemented a process for strategy alignment. Peter left Firmenich in 2016 and joined OriginFood Sarl as an advisor.
