Seng Yu

Seng Yu has been an Independent Contractor at UHA Health Insurance since April 2011, where they currently hold the titles of Director of Information and Support Services and Information Services Manager. Prior to that, Seng Yu worked as a Software Developer at HI-Tech Smart Systems from January 1985 to March 2011. Seng Yu graduated from Hawaii Pacific University, Lewis-Clark State College, and Chung Ling (National Type) High School 鍾靈(國民型)中學.
