Becky Dank

Becky Dank, M.S., is currently the Director of Employee Relations within the People Team at UnitedHealth Group, having previously served in various roles including Manager of Talent Acquisition Services. With strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Becky has demonstrated expertise in recruitment and employee relations throughout their career, managing numerous high-volume hiring projects effectively. They have also gained significant experience in staffing coordination at companies such as Metris Companies and Cargill, and are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Capella University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Winona State University.
