Deborah Cooledge

Deborah Cooledge has extensive experience in healthcare strategy and network management, with a career spanning over two decades in prominent organizations like UnitedHealth Group and Aetna. At UnitedHealth Group, Deborah held multiple roles, including Strategy Development and Execution, where responsibilities included provider-facing strategies and program design, and as Network Operations Leader, overseeing a significant staff and budget to support a nationwide provider network. Deborah also led interoperability solutions for digital health products and directed patient experience innovation at Optum Health, focusing on patient-centric care access. Deborah's earlier role as Network Manager at Aetna rounded out a diverse background in network strategy and operational leadership.
