Don Laney

Don Laney is currently the Director of Agent Lifecycle Management at UnitedHealth Group, where they lead the Agent On-Boarding group responsible for the contracting, licensing, certification, and appointment of agents selling UHC Medicare Solutions products. With over 25 years of experience in leadership roles, including positions at The Hartford and Prudential Financial, Don has consistently focused on staff development, operational excellence, and strategic planning. They hold an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bemidji State University. Prior to their corporate career, Don served as a Captain in the US Army.
