Don Phillips

Don Phillips is a retired professional with over twenty-five years of successful management experience leading Operations, Client Management, Service, and Sales organizations across multiple industries. Formerly, Don served as Vice President of Clinical and Vocational Services at Unum, where overseeing a multi-functional support unit was key to delivering effective medical and administrative services. At UnitedHealth Group, Don held various senior roles, including National Director of Clinical Management and VP Payment Integrity, managing extensive teams focused on clinical operations and medical review. Don also contributed to Fidelity Investments as Director of Client Management, cultivating client relationships across diverse market channels. Currently, Don is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at The University of Memphis.
