Doug Arlich

Doug Arlich has an extensive career spanning over 26 years in the healthcare industry, primarily with UnitedHealth Group from January 1997 to March 2023. Arlich served in several leadership positions, culminating as Senior Vice President of Provider Operations, where responsibility included business transformation and execution of Provider Experience Improvement programs. Additional roles involved leading Value-Based Care clinical operations with oversight of significant healthcare spending and managing clinical transformations across numerous Accountable Care Organizations. Arlich's earlier experience includes roles in finance and operations at UCare and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Arlich holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BA in Business Administration, Physics, and Engineering Management from Augustana University.
