Frances Cunningham

Frances Cunningham is the Stakeholder Activation Lead for Sustainability Strategy & Operations at UnitedHealth Group, drawing from over a decade of experience in managing programs aimed at positive social change. Previously, Frances worked as a Senior Consultant and Manager at Optum, where they focused on digital accessibility and diversity initiatives, and served as a Co-Chairman on the Board of Directors at youthrive, facilitating workshops focused on peace-building and community engagement. Frances holds a M.A. in International Development & Social Change from Clark University and a B.A. in Communication Studies from DePaul University. Passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and health equity, they are known for their solution-based approaches and effective communication skills.
