Holly Cunningham

Director, Customer Success

Holly Cunningham is currently the Director of Customer Success at Optum and has held various leadership roles within UnitedHealth Group from 2023 to 2025, including Associate Director of Marketing & Customer Operations and Associate Director of Communication Operations. Prior to this, Holly served as a Senior Manager in both Payment Integrity and Communication Operations. Holly also gained valuable experience at Best Buy as the Manager of Sourcing & Vendor Management from 2011 to 2014 and at Bluestem Brands as both a Merchandising Operations Analyst and Manager of Vendor Compliance from 2006 to 2009. Holly is pursuing an education at the University of Minnesota Duluth.
