Iva Bedekovic is currently the VP of Life Science Operations at Optum. They previously held the position of Director of Life Science Data Warehouse at UnitedHealth Group from 2019 to 2023, after serving as a Senior Database Programmer and Manager in the same division. Prior to that, Iva worked as a Database Programmer Specialist and Senior Database Programmer at e-Dialog from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as a Software Developer and Team Lead at Allianz Zagreb d.d. from 2008 to 2010, and as a Software Localization Expert at IOLAR d.o.o. from 2005 to 2007. Iva earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb, completing their studies in 2008.
