Jill Kieser

Jill Kieser is a Senior Director of New Product & Capability Development at Optum within UnitedHealth Group, where they lead the development of innovative products and capabilities. With a background that includes roles such as Capability & Product Development Director at UnitedHealth Group and Process & Business Development Director at OptumHealth, Jill has cultivated expertise in communication, strategic initiatives, and operational design. They began their career managing community programs in sports and later served as Director of Project Management at Hoffman Communications. Jill holds two Bachelor’s degrees from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Education at the University of Minnesota.
