Kalie Conover

Kalie Conover has extensive experience in clinical recruitment, currently serving as a Clinical Talent Acquisition Manager at Optum since August 2015 and as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at United Health Group since July 2010. Responsibilities include the recruitment of various clinical positions, such as RNs, LPNs, and administrative support staff for the Las Vegas, NV area. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Recruitment Associate at Hyrian and as an On Call Staffing Coordinator at Medical Staffing Network. Kalie also held several positions at On Assignment, including Clinical Recruiter and Travel Nurse Recruiter, where mass recruitment efforts and client relationship management were key components. Kalie earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout in 1996.
