Lisa Bolin has extensive experience in project implementation and operations management, with a career spanning over a decade in various leadership roles. At Center Partners Inc, Lisa served as a Quality Assurance Supervisor, managing a team of over 15 Quality Analysts across the U.S. Currently, Lisa holds the position of Senior Project Implementation Manager at UnitedHealth Group, focusing on large-scale project success through risk management and data-driven decision-making. Previous roles include Operations Supervisor at Qualfon, where Lisa enhanced team performance and efficiency, and Process Improvement Manager at Constant Contact, where Lisa led initiatives to optimize operational processes in customer support.
