Marc Herman is currently the Director of Human Capital at Optum Technology and has been in this role since 2014. They previously held various positions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. from 1993 to 1999, as well as roles at IBM and Infosys, where they excelled in delivery engagement and transition management.
