Matthew Lynch

Matthew Lynch is a Medical Director at UnitedHealth Group, dedicated to helping employers and individuals navigate healthcare to promote healthier lives. Previously, Matthew served as a General Surgeon at Divine Savior Healthcare, where they established a successful practice and implemented numerous innovative surgical programs. With experience as Trauma Medical Director at Banner Health, Matthew played a key role in transitioning the hospital from a Level 4 to a Level 3 trauma center while maintaining high standards of patient care. Matthew received a BS in Biochemistry and an MD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and has contributed to medical education as a graduate teaching assistant.
