Natalie Lambert is a seasoned researcher and engagement expert with over 15 years of experience in health-related social, attitudinal, and behavioral research. Currently, they serve as a Senior Research Director at UnitedHealth Group, where they leverage innovative engagement strategies. Previously, Natalie held positions such as Assistant Professor of Organizational and Health Communication at Purdue University and Associate Professor of Medicine at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. Their academic background includes a PhD in Communication and a Master's degree in Health Communication, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
