Nathaniel Nesbitt

Nathaniel Nesbitt is currently the Associate General Counsel for Litigation at UnitedHealth Group, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as a Senior Associate and Associate at Hogan Lovells from 2012 to 2015, and worked as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court from 2011 to 2012. Nathaniel began their legal career as a Litigation Paralegal at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 2005 to 2007, followed by a role as Assistant Manager at Breckenridge Sports from 2007 to 2008. Nathaniel holds a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School, earned in 2011, and a BA in International Relations from New York University, completed in 2005.
