Patricia Lewis

Patricia Lewis has an extensive background in human resources and sustainability, with significant leadership roles spanning over three decades. At UnitedHealth Group, Patricia served as Executive Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, as well as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer from October 2019 to February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Lockheed Martin from February 2011 to October 2019, and holding multiple Vice President positions at IBM Corporation from January 2000 to February 2011, focusing on diversity, employee experience, and various business units. Patricia began a career at DuPont, where Global HR Manager responsibilities covered manufacturing, operations management, and labor relations from January 1989 to January 2000. Patricia holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, with a focus on Industrial Relations, from the University of Bridgeport.
