Pradeep Gupta

Pradeep Gupta is an accomplished software engineering professional with over 20 years of experience in IT, primarily focused on the healthcare, insurance, Martech, and product domains. Currently serving as Associate Director of Software Engineering at UnitedHealth Group since December 2014, Pradeep leads software development projects using modern technologies such as Java, Python, and Azure. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at UnitedHealth Group, where Pradeep managed the transition of applications to in-house teams, and IT SDET at Microsoft, leading a team for data products. Additional experience includes positions at Royal Bank of Scotland as Software Engineering Manager, where Pradeep oversaw a transaction monitoring platform, and roles at Adobe, Fidelity Investments, and Quark Media House, contributing to quality engineering and automation testing. Pradeep holds an MCA from Aligarh Muslim University, a BSc in Physics from the same university, and has completed the Executive Leadership Program, PACE, at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
