Robyn Kaiser

Robyn Kaiser is a seasoned professional in workplace strategy and real estate experience, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate Experience at UnitedHealth Group since April 2016, following roles as Senior Director and Director of Workplace Strategy. Previously, at American Express from 2008 to April 2016, Robyn held the position of Director of Workplace Enablement, specializing in change management and implementing activity-based planning to optimize space, consequently saving the company millions while enhancing employee engagement. Robyn's career began at Trammell Crow Company, where as Director of Strategic Planning from 2000 to 2008, innovative workplace strategies were developed that resulted in substantial cost avoidance. Robyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from Michigan State University.
