Sandy Hashman

Sandy Hashman currently serves as Vice President of Government Operations for the Central Region at UnitedHealth Group, where responsibilities include navigating cross-functional teams, ensuring integration of physical and behavioral health services, and developing market-specific strategies. Previously, Sandy held the position of Executive Director of Behavioral Health at UnitedHealth Group, overseeing care for nearly 130,000 Medicaid members. Experience prior to this includes serving as Director of State Hospitals for the Kansas Department on Aging and Disabilities, Assistant Director of Mental Health at SRS, Facility Administrator at Forbes Juvenile Attention, and Unit Team Manager at Topeka Correctional Facility. Sandy holds a Master's Degree in Management from Baker University and a Bachelor of Arts in Corrections from Washburn University.
