Sharmae Erickson, MSN, RN, is a director at the RFP Excellence Office for UnitedHealthcare, where they develop frameworks for tailored offerings and coordinate bid responses across multiple teams. With nearly 30 years of experience in nursing and case management, Sharmae's expertise spans various healthcare settings, including school health, community health, and administrative roles. Prior to their current position, Sharmae owned Erickson Capital, managing family properties and corporate contracts for over three decades. They have also served in key clinical roles, including a certified school nurse and clinical process consultant, showcasing a strong background in patient advocacy and education. Sharmae holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Nursing Education from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
