Brad Lincks is an experienced healthcare executive currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Behavioral Health at UHS, overseeing seven direct report CEOs and managing 774 inpatient beds across various locations in Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Prior to this role, Brad held positions as Group Director and CEO of The Brook Hospital KMI, as well as CEO of SUN Behavioral Health Kentucky, where responsibilities included the management of a 197-bed psychiatric hospital. Brad's earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Patient Care and Chief Nursing Officer at KentuckyOne Health, the largest healthcare system in Kentucky, and as Director of Medical Surgical Services and Behavioral Health Services at Clark Memorial Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
