Cynthia Fendrick

Cynthia Fendrick, MBA, ACHE, serves as the Market Director for Behavioral Health and Physician and Provider Services at UHS since August 2011, overseeing operations across multiple facilities in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. Responsibilities include implementing the Eastern Pennsylvania Physician Alliance to enhance behavioral health staffing and ensure regulatory compliance in medical staff operations. Cynthia also holds a position on the Board of Trustees for South Jersey Behavioral Health Resources. Prior experience includes roles in strategic marketing and laboratory management, along with a solid educational background featuring an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Scranton and a BS in Biology and Spanish from Ursinus College.
